DMCA Copyright Infringement Notice

Simple Steps Market respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users, vendors, and partners to do the same. 2. Counter-Notice

If you believe that your material was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification to our DMCA Agent with the following information:

  1. Your physical or electronic signature;
  2. A description of the material that was removed or to which access was disabled and the location where it appeared before it was removed or access was disabled;
  3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification;
  4. Your name, address, telephone number, and email address;
  5. A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district (or, if outside the U.S., that you consent to jurisdiction in any district where we may be found) and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notice or an agent of that person.

We will review all DMCA notices and counter-notices and take appropriate actions in accordance with the DMCA and other applicable laws.
